Akatsuki: Pein
Akatsuki: Zetsu, Kisame, Kakuzu, Itachi, Pein, Deidara, Konan, Orochimaru, Hidan, Sasori, Tobi
Most appealing yet dangerous character wearing long, dark cloaks bearing red clouds with a chin-high collar, having ten banished ninja from their respective village, in Naruto’s world of ninja, called Akatsuki organization, founded by Madara Uchiha – who strives to take out all nine bijuu (tailed beasts) from their possessor.
In addition, currently Pein one of the members of Akatsuki is now on the move to get the Kyuubi out of Naruto’s body. However, before all of Pein’s body was killed or rather, ‘him alone’ got killed, let’s just get to know who he is and what he is capable of.
Six path of Pain
Pein is a former pupil of Jiraiya that mastered rennigan that allows him to use all ninja techniques. A few years after Nagato ‘Pein’ conquers Amegakure, which he became god, and by using his rennigan he created six entirely different bodies called six path of pain.
In chapter of Naruto manga Pein reveal his identity giving Jiraiya a suicidal mission, well actually by the time he infiltrate Amegakure it’s already decided that his gonna die, at least he left a code to save Konoha from a total annihilation.

Animal Path uses a ‘Multiple Summoning’ technique.
His Jutsu: Summoning Technique (Bird, Centipede, Chameleon, Crustacean, Dragon, Nine-headed Canine, Other Pain Bodies, Pand, Yak & Rhino), Violent Bubble Wave (Crustacean Summon), Amplification Summoning Technique (Nine-Headed Canine Summon), Panda Iron Wall (Panda Summon)
Preta Path use attacks as a form of defense.
His Jutsu: Sealing Technique Absorption Seal
Human Path can read minds of others or ‘Mind Tampering’.
His Jutsu: Mind Reading and Soul Removal
Deva Path repels and attracts objects ‘Force Manipulation’ and uses different kinds of ninjutsu. In addition, he resembles Yahiko, teammates of Konan and Nagato.
His Jutsu: Fierce Raining at Will, Five Seals Barrier, Illusionary Dragon Nine Consuming Seals, Magic Lantern Body Technique, Mirrored Sudden Attacker, Shapeshifting Technique, Shinra Tensei, Water Release: Violent Water Wave
Naraka Path ability is similar to a death god that can resurrect a dead person. His “Hell Avatar” ability takes the form of a giant demonic head.
His Jutsu: King of Hell
Asura Path uses body alteration that allows him to modify himself with mechanical body parts. It has six arms, three faces with different emotions and a folded serrated blade-like tail.
His Jutsu: Flaming Arrow of Amazing Ability, Flaming Arrow Missiles, Laser Explosion
Trivia:
The six path of Pain is named after the six Buddhist paths of reincarnation. The six realms are as follows: rebirth as a deva, an asura, a human being, an animal, a hungry ghost, or a being in Naraka (hell).
Asura Path’s three faces – happy, angry and neutral – resemble Asura from Buddhist mythology.
In Naruto Hiden: Sha no Sho Character Official Data Book, Kishimoto briefly explains the philosophy behind Pain’s design, stating, “He’s Akatsuki’s leader, so he has to look fairly cool, but I still wanted him to look dangerous. Since his name is “Pain”, I decided to add some piercings to his body, like he’s the kind of guy who would inflict pain upon himself.”
